The Plantory will be located at the corner of 3rd Street and Midland Avenue, the site of a new development called “The Incubator.” The Incubator is an exciting, planned mixed use development in the Historic East End of Downtown Lexington.

This urbanist style project will revolutionize this area of our city. It physically and symbolically builds a bridge between Lexington’s historic culturally rich past and bright future.

The Incubator plans contain plenty of amenities, including residential, retail, and office space, plus a planned public market, community garden, and green space.
