With the merger of Potter & Company, LLP with Blue & Co., LLC in 2010, David became a Director in Blue’s Lexington, KY office. David’s main areas of expertise are management advisory and tax consultation services. David is a former President of the Kentucky Society of CPAs and recently completed a three-year term as a council member of the AICPA. He serves on the Investment Committee of Hospice of the Bluegrass, the Board of Directors and Finance Committee of St. Catharine College, the Board of Directors of the Kentucky Conference for Community and Justice, the Board of Directors of Farmers Capital Bank Corporation, as Treasurer of the Fayette Education Foundation and is a member of the Lexington Rotary Club. David is a graduate of the University of Kentucky.
