The Plantory isn’t all sunlight and flowers. It’s also great people. The Plantory staff (Cultivators) wear a lot of hats. They are Cultivators because they are trained to encourage collaboration. They will act as administrators, development officers, grant writers, consultants, salad makers, and everything in between. They lead by serving you as connectors and facilitators. The Cultivators are the added value that makes the Plantory so unique.
Collaboration will happen naturally as idea fly after one of the classes. Or, during a conversation at one of the weekly lunches. But, don’t be surprised if we say, “hey, you have to meet this person they would be a great partner on this project.” These interactions birth the ideas and form the bonds that change not only Lexington, but the world.
