Step 1: Check the Calendar below for availability.**
Step 2: Review the Plantory Conference Room Policies.
Step 3: Complete and return the Conference Room Usage Agreement: PDF – WORD
(If you have already completed a Usage Agreement for this year, please continue to Step 4).
Step 4: Complete and return the Reservation Request Form: PDF – WORD
(Note: There is a separate form for for-profits. Contact us for more details).
Step 5: You will receive a confirmation email when your request is processed.
**Please note: The Plantory is closed and locked outside of regular business hours (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday). If you need access to our Conference Room outside of these hours, please let Plantory staff know if you need any special arrangements, such as getting in at an earlier time for set-up. We recommend including plenty of extra time in your reservation. Access to the facility is granted based on staff availability. Making sure we’re aware of your arrangements will help to ensure the space is available for your reservation. Thanks for your cooperation!
